A slight tang of the sea

A distinctive combination of land and sea, giving it both a hint of salt and a unique taste, redolent of the flavours of Sicily. Our Eloro D.O.C. label is designed to be sweeter on the palate, produced from our Nero D'Avola vines.
The vineyard is in the district of Sichilli, between Noto and Pachino, an area that forms part of the Eloro D.O.C. appellation zone, from which the wine takes its name. This is the company's oldest vineyard and the vines are cultivated, trained and harvested in the traditional way.
The result is a red wine full of colour, with a fresh, fragrant aroma and a very pleasing taste that combines well with a wide range of dishes.

Olfactory sensations

Fruity aroma of the grape berry, with hints of cherry and notes of vanilla.

Taste sensations

An excellent balance between tannins and acidity. A wine with a distinctive character and intense flavour. Very drinkable.

Mediterranean cuisine, red meat, salami, mature cheese and sauces.
